Bob initiated his legal career in Uniontown, Ohio, in 1982, after a five-year association with a firm in Akron, Ohio. His experience results from work with major U.S. businesses coordinating the legal work for their subsidiaries including manufacturing companies and trucking companies, as well as doing work for their individual owners.
Jerad is a former prosecutor and oil and gas attorney with the spirit of an entrepreneur. He combines his legal expertise and business experience to provide small businesses and individual clients with strategic planning to successfully navigate the intersection of dynamic legal and business environments. Jerad counsels entrepreneurial clients in transactional matters of creation, structuring, and the purchase and sale of their business, in addition to prosecuting and defending business litigation cases including labor and employment matters, worker’s compensation issues and regulatory matters.
Michael V. Demczyk
Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law, previously holding a federally appointed position as a bankruptcy trustee for seventeen years.
Sidney N. Freeman
Sidney is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, with a B.A. in English, and of the University of Akron School of Law. In 1977 he was admitted to the practice of law by the Ohio Supreme Court. He was also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, as well as the United States Sixth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.
